We are happy to announce that we can ship worldwide. All items are shipped between 1-3 days after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your items are being shipped. Please note, at times items might be shipped separately rather than in one package. You agree to this when you purchase through this website.
Delivery times might vary depending on your location. Items shipped to Europe might take 3-6 working days to arrive. Items outside Europe might take longer to be delivered. This is outside our control but you will be provided with tracking information.
We try to find rare items. All sorts of collectibles, from clothing, to toys, to coins, even to rare books and pieces of original hand-made jewellery. Items are unique. And for this reason is hard to find more than one of each item
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please see first about returning an item. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We are really sorry about this. Even though we take great care on packing our items, it is always possible that the item broke during the shipping process. We don't always have two equal items to replace it with, but in this case, we will be happy to refund you or to replace it with another same value item of your choosing. Please note: in case of a broken item, we will require proof of this, usually in the form of a picture send by email so we can update this to our records.
